The lavish party filled elite people who laughs with the champagne in their hands and venom in their mouth , Shubman was annoyed by their sly questions and fake blessings he wanted to go to Ishan who was nowhere to be seen that make Shubman more annoyed , after few minutes Lakhwinder came to Shubman with the Chief Minister who smiles and hugged Shubman who returned his smile and greets him politely
" I was eager to meet the heir of the most respected man in our society and I must say I am delighted " The man's appreciation was not something new Shubman has heard but he still composed himself with the polite smile
" The pleasure is all mine as I am able to meet the man who runs our state , you must be really busy but still manages to come " It was a taunt but the Minister just laugh loudly and pats Shubman's shoulder
" Oh my God , my daughter will love to meet you , Ishani my love come here and meet the man I told you about " The old man said as he points as a beautiful women who was wearing a lavender Kurti and straight pant with the duppatta the simple diamond pendant and stud shows her classy taste in fashion and her long wavy hairs adds elegance to her gorgeous face
" I hope you are delighted to meet me " Her sharp tone and siren eyes were a clear invitation to Shubman who just smiles politely because her name was very special , Ishani took his smile as a green signal and looked at her father with approved eyes and the CM looked at Lakhwinder who smiles and gave him a glass of champagne the the CM drink with pleasing smile
The unspoken deal was done and Shubman has zero knowledge about it , Ishani started conversation with how it's hard to take control when you are born with power and Shubman got invested in her talk because she knows very much about their world , in the back of the mind he was comparing her to Ishan as how great it will be if Ishan would seek for his attention like her

" Cancel Ishan's offer letter , I don't want him go anywhere " It was a deal because Shubman wanted Ishan and Lakhwinder wanted a deal with CM , Lakhwinder wanted to laugh as how emotionless his son has became
" Okay , he'll not go anywhere but you should ask that to him too " Lakhwinder stated and Shubman looked back at Ishan who was standing at the door with betrayed face and trembling hands , he turned around and tries to walk away but Shubman grabbed him by his wrist and pulled him into the nearest open room
" LEAVE MY HANDS " Ishan screamed at Shubman when he forcefully dragged him into a room , Shubman let go of Ishan's wrist and sighs palming his face he looked at Ishan who was crying with trembling lips the gasp and hiccups weren't stopping , Shubman wipes Ishan's tears with his thumb
" Bambi I don't want you to go ...you can practice here " Shubman said with a smile but for the first time Ishan felt like it was mocking as he was just a puppet for Shubman who thinks he can control his life , the dreams he saw since childhood
" It's not a about the practice Shubman it's about my decision , my right on my life "Ishan said truthfully as it wasn't about moving to Mumbai anymore it was about how can Shubman decide what Ishan will do with his life
" What about me then , I am also a part of your life " Shubman said cupping Ishan's face gently but Ishan pulls away and stands at a distance from Shubman who frowns at Ishan's behaviour , but Ishan's heart was broken from the second crack Shubman gave him today
" you...you are the part of my life but you are ready to marry that women " Ishan's eyes burns with tears of betrayal from the man he loved the most , Ishan would never believed that Shubman will get ready marry anyone without even informing him but he has to live according to Shubman's rules
" Do you want to marry me ...." Shubman asked genuinely but Ishan felt a pang in his heart as he realized that he is a nobody compared to the heir of the Gill empire that rules over Punjab , Shubman didn't give a fuck about marriage and society because he don't know why these things are important

" No ...no..no he can't leave me " Shubman quickly stands up and tries to follow Ishan when Mr Gupta his father's secretory told him than he was needed downstairs , Shubman looked here and there and tries to follow Ishan but he was nowhere to be seen so Shubman went downstairs and their he stands beside Lakhwinder
" Today I am not just standing with my son and the future of my empire , but I am also standing with the future daughter in law of my family " Lakhwinder announce as he stands between Ishani and Shubman whose eyes were searching for someone but he can't find him
After the hours of receiving congratulations from lines of guest and media who questions for the future Shubman got free and moved straight to Ishan's room but he wasn't there , Shubman ran to every corner of the mansion like a madman but he couldn't find Ishan , he entered into the security room to check the camera and Shubman ran towards the entrance when he saw Ishan leaving the mansion
" Shubman what's wrong why are you running " Shahneel asked as she stopped Shubman who calms down and told her that Ishan left without telling him anything , Shahneel quickly panicked and called the police and Shubman marched towards the giant garage of the mansion and takes out his car and went on full speed
Shubman was driving like a madman he has absolutely no idea where to go he was just driving like crazy and looking here and there the beating of his heart reminded him the day his mother left the mansion and never returned , for Shubman Ishan was his mother's blessing and Shubman regretted not listening to Ishan
" I am sorry Bambi please come to me ..... please please just be safe please " Shubman was about to turn left when he saw Ishan at the airport road and Shubman smiles widely he started the engine with full speed to meet Ishan as soon as possible but unfortunately the red signal on the traffic was unnoticed by Shubman and as his car moved forward a truck hit his car that turned three time before crashing on the road
People shouted gathered around the car , police siren rings in Shubman's head but his thoughts were filled with Ishan , he wanted to apologize to his Bambi , he wanted to say that he will not try to control Ishan he'll not marry anyone he just wanted to be with Ishan , his his blurred with his own warm blood from his forehead and he hated it because he wanted to see Ishan just once
"..ish...ishan.." Shubman whispers when people pulled him out of the car and the ambulance took him to the hospital , all the way Shubman tries to stay wide awake because he wanted to meet Ishan who was standing just few meters away from road in his eyes , his nervous system was shutting down and his body went limb but every muscle of his body tries to fight back to run for his Ishan
The news became viral and Shahneel manages the media while Lakhwinder was with doctors who told him that Shubman's limbs were fine but the back side of his brain is hit hard three times because of the car accident which can cause a neuron dysfunction but they have to wait for Shubman to regain his conscious to find out what type of dysfunction he has
Three weeks and fours days later Shubman regains conscious and the doctors found out that Shubman has no memories at all , for him his father , sister were strangers but to everyone's surprise Shubman remembers a name , Ishan . But there was only one person with that name and that was Ishani Kaur
" She is your soon to be wife , you were drunk and driving that's your fault but Ishani has taken care of you very much " Lakhwinder words were the new reality for Shubman who thought this is the world where he belonged
Shahneel argued with her father but Lakhwinder strictly shut her down by telling her that it was Ishan's fault that Shubman is in this condition , and it would be better if Shubman has no Ishan in his life so that Ishan can also live peacefully and that statement made Shahneel shut down completely because she knows Ishan deserves the best and Shubman may be the perfect prince of high society but he will never be the part of Ishan's simple life
" Do you remember anything..." Shahneel questioned Shubman who looks at her with emotionless eyes , those eyes were same eyes when their mother died and Shubman refused to believed it , Shubman looked at the mansion with curios eyes and his eyes stopped at the backyard where plants were drying up
